Yes. The moment your payment clears (or an admin grants VIP directly), your Bunker account flips to VIP straight away and our bot automatically sends you a one-time invite link to the members Telegram channel by DM. That link is single-use and expires after 72 hours, so if you miss it, just message support and we'll issue a new one.

If a subscription ends (or isn't renewed), your account automatically drops back to free tier and you're removed from the members Telegram channel. You're not permanently banned — resubscribe or get VIP re-granted and you'll get a fresh invite link straight away. The free channel stays open to everyone regardless.

There's no self-serve cancellation yet — email support@flutterbutter.bet or message us in Telegram and we'll action it from our end, usually same-day.

Check the email tied to your Bunker account and your Telegram DMs from our bot first — invite links can land in "Requests" if you've never messaged the bot before. Still nothing after 24 hours? Contact support with your Telegram username or account email and we'll sort it directly.

A unit is a fixed percentage of your bankroll, so everyone plays to their own level regardless of bankroll size. Plays are rated from 1U to a maximum of 10U, scaled by confidence and value. Full breakdown in the staking guide.

Sign in to The Bunker with Telegram (fastest, one tap) or with email and password if you'd rather not link Telegram. Either way your session is handled by Firebase Authentication — we never see or store your Telegram password, because Telegram login never asks for one.

Traffic to the site and Bunker is encrypted end-to-end (HTTPS). Your account tier and admin status can only be changed by an admin action or a verified Stripe payment — members can never grant themselves VIP or admin access from the client side, that's enforced server-side regardless of what the app displays. Your logged bets and results are also locked from deletion once written, so the record members see is the same one we see.

No. All billing runs through Stripe's hosted checkout — your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Only you and Flutter Butter admins. We don't sell or share member data with third parties.

Screenshot it and send it through — every bet in the ledger traces back to a specific row we can look up, so a screenshot with the date and selection is usually all we need to track it down fast.
