Your email address (or Telegram account details if you sign in via Telegram), your membership tier, and the bets you log or follow inside The Bunker. If you subscribe to VIP, Stripe handles the checkout and passes us confirmation that payment succeeded — we never see or store your card number.

To run your account: signing you in, showing you the right tier of content, processing subscription renewals, and sending service-related messages (VIP invite links, membership status changes). We don't use your data for anything beyond running the service — no selling, no third-party ad targeting.

Only you and Flutter Butter admins. Your account tier and admin status can only be changed by an admin action or a verified Stripe payment — this is enforced server-side, not just in the app. We don't sell or share member data with third parties.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, privacy-respecting traffic stats (page views, referrers) — it doesn't use cookies or track you individually across other sites. Firebase Authentication sets a session cookie/token so you stay signed in to The Bunker; that's functional, not tracking.

All traffic to the site and Bunker is encrypted (HTTPS). Data is stored in Google Firestore with access rules enforced server-side. Logged bets and results are locked from deletion once written, so the public record members see is the same one we see — that applies to the ledger, not your personal account details, which you can ask us to delete (see below).

Yes — email support@flutterbutter.bet and we'll delete your account and personal details on request. The one exception is the public bet ledger itself, which by design can't be altered or removed for anyone — that's the transparency mechanism the whole service is built on, and it doesn't contain personal information beyond an optional display name.

A VIP subscription (Weekly or Monthly) unlocks the full selection card, live analytics, and the VIP Telegram channel. You are not paying for guaranteed profit — outcomes are inherently uncertain, and we make no promise of winning results.

Weekly and Monthly VIP renew automatically via Stripe until cancelled. There's no self-serve cancellation button yet — email support@flutterbutter.bet and we'll action it, usually same-day; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods already used.

Your account automatically drops to the free tier and you're removed from the VIP Telegram channel. You're not banned — resubscribing restores access immediately. The free Telegram channel and public ledger stay open regardless.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for abuse of the service (e.g. sharing paid content publicly, harassment, attempting to manipulate the platform). We'll always try to resolve issues directly with you first via the contact details below.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Flutter Butter is not liable for any losses arising from bets placed based on information provided through the service. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and bankroll.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

We may update this page as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Flutter Butter after an update means you accept the revised terms.
